Christopherson-Knott Fellowship at Durham's Institute of Advanced Study

In 2023-2024, Helen has been appointed as a Christopherson-Knott Foundation Fellow at Durham University’s Institute of Advanced Study, leading a Major Interdisciplinary Research Project as part of the Institute’s programme for the academic year. The project also brings two internationally renowned scholars to participate in University life as Fellows at the IAS – Dr. Jorge Dagnino (University of San Sebastián, Chile) and Professor Denise McCoskey (Miami University of Ohio, USA).

Activities include seminars and public lectures by the Fellows, an international interdisciplinary symposium at St Aidan’s College, Durham on 14-15 November 2023, and preparation of various publications related to the project, including an edited volume under consultation with Bloomsbury Academic.
