On 6 April 2016, Helen presented a paper entitled ‘Between Forgetting and Demonisation: Nazi elite-school pupils and German collective memory’ at a conference on ‘Places of Amnesia’, held at the Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Cambridge.
